Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WP Eureka, we maintain a fair and transparent refund and cancellation process to ensure trust, professionalism, and clarity for our clients.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • No work has been started after the initial payment.
  • The project is cancelled by the client within 48 hours of the first payment.
  • WP Eureka fails to deliver the agreed-upon initial draft or project scope.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Refund will NOT be provided if:

  • Design concepts, wireframes, or development work has already started.
  • The client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days.
  • Changes in the project scope occur after work has begun.
  • Third-party purchases (themes, plugins, hosting, domains) have already been bought.
  • The project is stopped due to delayed payments by the client.

3. Project Cancellation Rules

If the client decides to cancel the project after work has begun:

  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Clients may be billed for any additional work completed beyond the paid milestone.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.

4. Changes & Revisions

  • Changes or revisions requested after milestone approval may incur additional charges.
  • Any scope expansion, extra pages, or features outside the original agreement will not be covered by the refund policy.

5. Summary

The Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures that clients understand their rights and obligations while maintaining fairness and professionalism. WP Eureka is committed to delivering high-quality work, and this policy provides clear guidelines for refunds, cancellations, and project interruptions, protecting both clients and our team.
