1. Payment Milestones
Step 1 – 40% Advance (Project Start)
The first payment of 40% is required before the project officially begins. This covers project planning, design concepts, wireframes, and resource allocation. It confirms your commitment and allows our team to start development immediately.
Step 2 – 30% Mid-Project (Development Phase)
The second milestone of 30% is due once the project reaches approximately 50% completion, including design approval and core development. This ensures steady progress and allows implementation of features, functionality integration, and the first round of revisions.
Step 3 – 30% Final Payment (Before Launch / Handover)
The final 30% payment is due after the project is fully completed, before final delivery and handover. This payment covers final testing, optimization, deployment, and transfer of all files, credentials, and assets. Full ownership of the website is transferred to the client only after this payment is cleared.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following methods:
- Bank Transfer (for local clients)
- JazzCash / Easypaisa
- PayPal (for international clients)
All taxes or transaction fees related to the payment method are the responsibility of the client.
3. Late Payments
Delays in milestone payments may:

4. Additional Charges
Any changes in project scope, additional features, or extra pages beyond the agreed milestones may require additional charges. These charges will be communicated clearly in advance.
